Attention & Focus Assessment Tool

This interactive tool is designed to evaluate multiple aspects of attention, focus, and cognitive control through a structured series of tasks. The assessment includes:

• Self-Report Questionnaire — Captures patterns of focus, distractibility, and task management.

• Continuous Performance Task (CPT) — Measures sustained attention and impulse control under time pressure.

• Stroop Task — Evaluates cognitive flexibility and resistance to interference.

• N-Back Task — Assesses working memory and the ability to monitor sequences of information.

• Reaction Time Test — Provides a baseline measure of processing speed and responsiveness.

At the conclusion, a composite Attention Index is calculated from accuracy, speed, and consistency across tasks. This tool is intended for self-reflection, research, or educational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for clinical evaluation.
